I offer help with establishing your ideal client and adjusting the home staging strategy to appeal to specific demographics, such as:

Advising on styles, colours, and layout

I offer help with choosing the interior style, colour scheme, and optimal furniture arrangement to meet your prospective client's needs.
Recommending repairs, cleaning, painting, gardening, decluttering, depersonalising etc.

• I provide a checklist for necessary improvements such as repairs, cleaning or decluttering.
• Some faults or damages can be easily repaired to prevent the viewers negotiating for a lower price.
• Tidy and decluttered spaces attract more viewers and are sold or rented quicker.
• I can recommend tradesmen and professional cleaning services, if needed.
• Estimates and quotations from trade people can be provided.
